Who I am

 

A retired Army officer who has learned some do's and dont's about health and fitness over 20+ years of personal failures and success on the road to fitness and good health.

 

A middle-aged self-proclaimed health and fitness addict convinced that there are natural herbal, mineral and vitamin supplements to treat conditions that are believed to “come with age.” Coupled with a realistic, frequently practiced fitness routine, these supplements enable each person to achieve a level of overall health unachievable with prescription medicine.

 

program management specialist trained in the following management  principles: set goals, plan, execute, track/monitor and assess and willing to apply these prinicples to overall health and fitness.

 

Why I do this

 

 

Holistic approach  to overall health and fitness is not addressed adequately by most fitness gurus so I try to so.   Since fitness programs are not one-size fits all; someone needs to remind folks that they need to tailor their workout routines for their particular needs. Blood type, age, hereditary factors, eating habits all impact overall fitness and should be addressed for each person. Share my lessons learned in achieving my health and fitness goals while learning from others. Use health and fitness knowledge and practices to enable self-employment
